On Saturday afternoon October 3rd dozens of community activists and organizers gathered in Montclair NJ for an event "Growing Movements in Our Communities & Building a United Left" which included Socialist Party and Green Party presidential candidate Howie Hawkins. the event was MCed by Greg Pason of the Northern NJ Socialist Party. Organizations involved included the Young Ecosocialist Caucus of the Green Party, Sunrise Montclair, Montclair Beyond Policing, Northern NJ Socialist Party, Green Part of New Jersey, Newark Water Coalition, Mutual Morris, Montclair Mutual Aid and others.
